Throughout Scripture, the family is central to the establishment and passing on of the faith. In the home we find discipleship, mentoring, love, liturgy, worship and faith formation. In family we find the beautiful reality of the Trinity (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) in the wonder of the birth of other child (mother, father, child). This world is often against the family but God is always for it and His Word supports ministry to the family unit.

Remember the Lord, who is great and awesome, and fight for your brothers, your sons, your daughters, your wives, and your homes.”
Psalm 22:27-31 All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the Lord; and all the families of the nations shall worship before him. 28 For dominion belongs to the Lord, and he rules over the nations. 29 To him,[j] indeed, shall all who sleep in[k] the earth bow down; before him shall bow all who go down to the dust, and I shall live for him. 30 Posterity will serve him; future generations will be told about the Lord, 31 and proclaim his deliverance to a people yet unborn, saying that he has done it.
